Bohol 2014 - Part 1

9:04:00 PM

As a student majoring in tourism management, we have a lot of out of the classroom activities or OCLA's. This is my first OCLA for the semester, and I'm so excited. I went to Bohol alone, and I almost got lost (I have a history of being lost, even though I am familiar with the place), good thing the people were really helpful even if they were responding to me in Boholano. We stayed in Maribojoc which is more than an hour away from Tagbilaran.

We went to Brgy. Toril so we can study how community based tourism is practiced. We also checked out some of the ruins in Maribojoc, including a new uplift in the Punta Cruz beach because of the earthquake.

Where we stayed: Aghao Family Resort

Mag-aso Falls, Antequerra
