So long, 2015!

3:08:00 PM

2015, the year brimming with hello's and goodbye's. I lost a few people this year, some with ultimate finality, yet I also reconnected with people that I will treasure for a lifetime. I finished college, and decided to dedicate my time in serving the masses. I also tried to do this blogging thing for real, and it's been turning out well. I became more resolved in my choices. I also learned to cook, and all those household chores I never cared to do.

I traveled a lot, I was always on the go, from Luzon to Visayas, doing all these extreme activities and feeling drained but fulfilled after the end of the day. And so I cherish the quiet moments with my friends and comrades--walking at night in comfortable silence or talking about everything and nothing at all. Lying in the grass talking about our lack of plans, and sipping those creamy milk shakes in Maginhawa. I experience setbacks and I put myself out there, again.

I don't regret anything, because ultimately, the experience made me who I am now. I will never wish for anything to be different.

Cheers to the end, and happy new year, everyone!

  4. Life has its happy and sad moments. I like your attitude on this one. I also lost a very close person just at the end of the year and it took me time to adjust, but I treasure the beautiful moments and chances I had with her.
